2iC-Care's Founder and CEO, Richard Keyse, was living away from his mother when she was diagnosed with dementia. Richard’s mother received domiciliary care and eventually moved into a full-service care home. During this time, Richard’s eyes were opened to the many challenges facing an older or vulnerable person, their family, and the care system. Among other challenges, Richard found himself frustrated by the inability to access reliable information at the relevant time to help in times of need. This experience showed Richard that the care sector was in a difficult place and unable to fully serve those who relied on it. At this moment of reflection, as a lifelong technologist as well as Director at 2iC, Richard realised the answer was right under his nose.
Richard is a lifelong transformation & technology practitioner having led the implementation of many successful global technology, regulatory, data driven & cultural change initiatives. Having worked at several blue-chip companies such as Blackrock, Brewin Dolphin, JLL and Tier 1 consultancies such as KPMG and FTI Consulting, Richard has an extraordinary range of experience. Additionally Richard has held various advisory and corporate board positions including chairmanship roles.
He is passionate about driving the market leading Andi solution to transform the Health & Care tech sectors especially focusing on digital transformation and culture change pieces.
Sonja is a highly accomplished change professional with a strong track record of delivering successful IT and business solutions across multiple sectors. As Head of Solutions, she has delivered the award-winning Andi solution into the care sector for 2iC-Care. Sonja is a highly competent, data-minded project manager, business analyst and solutions architect. Sonja specialises in Central Data repository design and full end-to-end project lifecycles from feasibility, planning and implementation Sonja has delivered high impact projects for Blackrock, Standard Life, Aviva Investors & Rathbones and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Sonja is excited to bring her wealth of world-leading experience to future-proof the care sector.
Danny is an experienced TEC leader with a passion to drive transformation and digital growth within Health and Adult Social Care to enrich and enhance people’s everyday lives.
Danny has a background in providing bespoke monitoring, assessment, response, and operational services across the UK. Danny is responsible for creating and managing the process models and procedures needed to deliver 2iC-Care's offering in his capacity as Operations Director. Create, implement, and uphold quality assurances while making sure that all operational tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. He enjoys finding innovative solutions to operational challenges in TEC and spoke about this in a recent episode of Caring for the Future.
Hollie has 10+ years’ experience working in the Technology Enabled Care industry, managing cross-functional, high performing teams including Customer Service, Installation, Monitoring and Response. This wealth of knowledge paired with a genuine passion for smarter, leaner working enhances Hollie’s capability as Product Manager to create user and customer-centric solutions that drive better care outcomes and effective service delivery.
She is often found testing the Andi Hub to monitor her sleeping routine, running demos of the dashboard or in the recording studio co-hosting the Caring for the Future podcast.
Mark has over 33 years experience within Technology Enabled Care Services within the Health, Housing and Social care sectors. He has a consultative approach to person centred support and a passion for improved outcomes no matter how simple or complex support requires.
Mark is excited about 2iC Care's solution, Andi, because it matches his vision and ambition for change and a drive to a more interoperable connected approach to care.
